Five A Day – Keep Boredom at Bay! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to give parents a few ideas of things you can do to promote learning at home. You may have your own ideas which are working better than anything we could suggest.

The children from 2nd to 6th Class are participating in a 6 week coding programme known as Scratch with Ready Steady Code. The workshops have been facilitated by author of the programme & retired teacher Seamus O'Neill.

On the 16th December, 5th and 6th Class pupils went to the Kells People Resource Centre to wrap presents for people who would be alone this Christmas.

Sixth Class hosted another great Pancake Party for all the classes today.
Even the boys team managed to have their pancakes before they headed to the Mini Sevens GAA tournament in Seneschelstown.

We hope that all the parents & families who attended the Peace Proms Concert last Sunday in the RDS enjoyed the concert as much as we did! President Michael D. Higgins was the guest of honour and the children were so excited to perform for him.
