This week at Assembly Ms Allen, our Gaeilge Co-ordinator, awarded our first Gaeilgeoirí na Seachtaine (Irish Speaker of the Week) certificates of the new year! The certificates celebrate Irish speaking skills & encourage participation in lessons.
All pupils are encouraged to speak ‘as Gaeilge’ as much as possible during the week, then at the end of the week, be picked for Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine!
