Yesterday we said farewell to Amy Bennett, Klaudia Bidzinski, Samantha Carolan, Caoimhín Clarke, Dean Doyle, Keith Darga, Mollie Kavanagh, Patrick Lingham, Caitlin McGillick, Rachael Kiernan, Victoria McMenemy Kearns, Orla O’Loughlin & Daniel Volosin
Shannen from 1st class drew a portrait of The President and it was shown on the RTE School Hub. Shannen's Mum emailed the portrait to the President's office and got the wonderful reply in the post earlier this week!
We love seeing all of the activities you are enjoying at home. Thank you for sharing all your achievements with us.
To support learning at home we have been encouraging the use of apps and websites. However, we are mindful of how difficult it can be in 'normal times' to maintain a healthy balance with screen time, online gaming, social media networks.
Saturday 16th May was to be First Holy Communion Day for the boys and girls in Carlanstown NS. Heartbreakingly this cannot take place, for now. We know how disappointed they are and we look forward to celebrating this sacrament in the Autumn.

This week the boys and girls from Sixth Class would have been finalising their preparations for their Confirmation this Friday 8th May with their peers from Kilbeg, Castletown and Nobber.
Every day the children are exposed to lots of learning experiences throughout their ‘new’ daily routines.
We greatly miss all our children and while we know you're working & learning at home in lots of different ways we are really looking forward to working together again.
Max made the headlines earlier this month for his fantastic work caring for the environment on his daily walks.
