Congratulations to all the boys & girls from Second Class who received the sacrament of reconciliation for the first time in Kilbeg Church on Tuesday evening 9th April.
Our Sixth Class pupils were confirmed on Friday 29th March in Castletown Church by Monsigneur Heeney.
The classes are busy rehearsing their scenes, practicing their songs & finalising their costumes ahead of their full dress rehearsals in the SVP from the 9th-11th April.
Junior Infants to Second Class had indoor tennis lessons this term with professional tennis coach Mike Bryznika.
Sixth Class hosted another great Pancake Party for all the classes today.
Even the boys team managed to have their pancakes before they headed to the Mini Sevens GAA tournament in Seneschelstown.
Congratulations to Orla O'Loughlin, 5th class, who was chosen to represent the school and play in the Cumann na mBunscoil Exhibition match at half time at the Meath v Armagh match in Pairc Tailteann.
We hope that all the parents & families who attended the Peace Proms Concert last Sunday in the RDS enjoyed the concert as much as we did! President Michael D. Higgins was the guest of honour and the children were so excited to perform for him.
We were delighted to see the fantastic Christmas tree decorations that arrived into school each morning in December as part of our Green Schools Competition.

There's ,less than a week to go until we take part in the Peace Proms Concert with the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland in the RDS on Sunday 3rd February.
