With lots of careful consideration our new Student Council planned and organised their first activity of the year during Friendship Week – notes of kindness. Our Council members visited each class to explain their idea – each pupil would write a kind note to a random member of their class. They also extended this to members of staff, leaving a box in each classroom for kind notes to our teachers and SNAs to be left in. They then sorted these out for each member of staff and delivered them to everyone.
Making sure to take an active role in their activity members of our Student Council also visited our junior classes to help them with writing their notes, showing lots of patience and kindness listening to everyone’s ideas carefully.
