Between the rainy showers, we are getting our and about for movement breaks and making great use of our Walkway. Today the children had mindfulness sheets – answering questions at each walkway point that encourages them to use their senses -what bright colours do you see at point 1, what noises do you hear at point 2.
Each class teacher and SNA is equiped with a map of the school walkway and a folder of templates they can chose from. Each sheet has different challenges for the children to do as they move from point to point. We love how our Walkway gets us out and about in the fresh air while also challenging our minds as we move
