We learned about 2d shapes in 2nd and 3rd class in both maths and visual art. We looked at the properties of the shapes, if they tessellate or not and what shapes we could make by putting 2 or more shapes together. Tying in with 2d shapes, we learned about Piet Mondrian and his art. We created our own versions!
